Years 7 and 8
In years 7 and 8, our students undertake a course of study that comprises all learning areas over a two-year period. They study:
- Mathematics
- English
- Humanities and Social Sciences
- Science
- Health and Physical Education
- Drama, Visual Art, Dance, Digital Technologies, or HPE Extension—at student's selection
- Technologies (Design & Technology and Food Studies)
- Languages (French)
As part of our curriculum programme—students of years 7 to 9 may attend a specialist literacy lesson each week.
Years 9 and 10
In years 9 and 10, students begin to personalise their learning pathway in preparation for the
senior phase of learning. The suite of learning for students of years 9 and 10 encompasses the core subjects of:
- Mathematics
- English
- Humanities and Social Sciences
- Science
- Health and Physical Education
Students also have a range of complementary elective studies to choose from:
- Agricultural Technologies
- Dance
- Drama
- Food Studies
- Business
- Industrial Technology and Design
- Digital Technologies
- Visual Arts
