Years 7 and 8​​

From 2025, in years 7 and 8, our students undertake a course of study that comprises all learning areas over a two-​year period. They study:

  • Mathematics
  • English
  • Humanities and Social Sciences
  • Science
  • Health and Physical Education
  • Drama, Visual Art, Dance, Digital Technologies, or HPE Extension—at student's selection
  • Technologies (Design & Technology and Food Studies)
  • Languages (French)

As part of our curriculum programme​​—students of years 7 to 9 may attend a specialist literacy lesson each week.

Years 9 and 10

In years 9 and 10, students begin to personalise their learning pathway in preparation for the senior phase of learning.​ The suite of learning for students of years 9 and 10 encompasses the core subjects of:

  • Mathematics
  • English
  • Humanities and Social Sciences
  • Science
  • Health and Physical Education

Students also have a range of complementary elective studies to choose from:

  • Agricultural Technologies
  • Dance
  • Drama
  • Food Studies
  • Business
  • Industrial Technology and Design
  • Digital Technologies
  • Visual Arts
